2012 American Society of Hematology Meeting

< Back to News

December 2012 marks the 54th Anniversary of the American Society of Hematology's (ASH) Annual Meeting and Conference, held this year in Atlanta, GA. ASH is a monumental event for most individuals interested in CML. The conference includes reports of the latest findings and conclusions about CML, its course, treatments and hope for the future. Studies which are in progress and have only partial results will also be presented including a limited analysis of the available data.

The National CML Society will be participating in this conference and will be reporting back to the CML community throughout the meetings and presentations. To learn more about the 2012 ASH Conference and to visit Abstracts from some of the programs to be presented, visit 2012 ASH Conference.

You can also visit several presentations and articles from last year's 2011 ASH Conference by visiting 2011 ASH webpage on Chronic Leukemias. You will find the articles relevant to CML by scrolling down the page. You will recognize that much of the information presented in the programs from 2011's Conference are now considered examplars of best practices in CML care today. We look forward to an update of the topics and issues, as well as reports on current and future clinical trials in Atlanta in December 2012.
